Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a deliberate, one-way break. It is the strongest tool on the site, and it is designed so that a moment of resolve cannot be undone by a moment of impulse.

What it does

For its whole duration it blocks deposits and blocks play. Your account stays accessible for withdrawing a remaining balance and for reading your history, and you are removed from every promotional message.

Choosing a duration

Shorter breaks exist as cooling-off periods. Self-exclusion proper is measured in months or years, and the period you choose runs to its end — it cannot be shortened, paused or reversed on request.

What happens at the end

Nothing reopens automatically at the deadline. Reactivation is a deliberate step, handled by the operator, and it is not immediate.

Making a request

The tool is in the responsible play section of your account. If you would rather not go through the interface, a message to support is enough, and it is actioned without a conversation about why.

Excluding yourself elsewhere

Self-exclusion here applies here. Several countries run multi-operator schemes that block a long list of sites at once, and an independent support organisation can tell you whether one covers you.
