Crypto Deposits

Deposits are on-chain. You pick a coin and a network, send the exact amount to the address shown, and the balance appears once the network has confirmed the transfer.

How a deposit works

  1. Pick a coin and a network

The same coin often exists on several networks. The network you choose decides the fee you pay, the number of confirmations required and how long crediting takes.

  2. Get your address

A deposit address is generated for that coin and network, together with the exact amount to send and a validity window. Some networks also require a memo or tag.

  3. Send from your wallet

Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown. Sending a different amount or using another network is the single most common reason a deposit needs manual handling.

  4. Wait for confirmations

Your balance is credited once the required number of confirmations is reached. The counter runs live on the deposit screen.

Coins, networks and minimums

Read from the operator platform. If a network is missing here, it is not open for deposits.

Pages by coin

Every coin has its own page: the networks it runs on, the confirmations each one waits for, the minimum that actually applies, and how withdrawals are paid back in it.

What the numbers mean

  • Confirmations

A confirmation is a block added to the chain after the block containing your transfer. More confirmations make a transfer harder to reverse, which is why a network with fast blocks asks for more of them than one with slow blocks. The requirement is set per network, not per deposit.

  • Network fees

The fee is paid to the network by your wallet, not to the casino. It is deducted from your wallet balance, so send the exact amount requested rather than the amount minus the fee — otherwise the deposit arrives short.

  • Rates and rounding

The amount to send is quoted in the coin and locked for the validity window shown. The credited amount in your account currency is calculated by the operator at the rate applied when the transfer is credited.

  • Minimums

Each network has its own minimum, because a small transfer on an expensive network can cost more in fees than it is worth. Sending below the minimum leaves the deposit in manual handling.

Check these before you send

  • The network selected in your wallet matches the network shown on the deposit screen, letter for letter.
  • The address was copied, not typed. Copy it with the copy button rather than reading it off the screen.
  • The amount is the exact amount displayed, before your wallet subtracts its fee.
  • If a memo or tag is shown, it is included in the transfer. A transfer without it cannot be matched automatically.
  • The transfer is sent inside the validity window. After it closes, generate a fresh address instead of reusing the old one.

Deposit questions

How long does a deposit take?
Most deposits are credited within the typical time shown for the network in the table above. Congestion on the network can extend it; the confirmation counter on the deposit screen shows exactly where the transfer is.
I sent on the wrong network. What now?
The deposit will not be matched automatically. Keep the transaction hash from your wallet and open a support request from your account — recovery depends on the networks involved and is handled case by case by the operator.
I sent less than the amount shown.
The deposit is marked as underpaid and goes to manual handling instead of being credited automatically. The amount received is visible on the deposit screen.
What is a memo or tag?
Some networks share one address across many accounts and use a memo, tag or comment field to identify the recipient. If the deposit screen shows one, the transfer must carry it.
Does the casino charge a deposit fee?
The amount shown on the deposit screen is the amount required. The only cost on top is the fee your wallet pays to the network.
Can I attach a bonus to a deposit?
Yes. Offers you qualify for are listed on the deposit screen before you confirm, with the minimum deposit and the wagering shown next to each one.
