Responsible Gaming
Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not a way to make money. The tools below let you fix that cost in advance, and they take effect the moment you set them.
The tools available to you
All of them are in your account, none of them require a support request to switch on.
Deposit limit
A ceiling on what you can deposit per day. Lowering it applies immediately; raising it takes effect only after a delay, so the decision is never made in the middle of a session.
Loss limit
A ceiling on net losses over a week. Once reached, play stops for the rest of the period even if there is a balance left in the account.
Session limit
A maximum length for a single session. When the time is up the session ends, rather than warning you and letting it continue.
Reality check
A recurring interruption that shows how long you have been playing and what you have staked and won since the session started. It has to be acknowledged before play resumes.
Cooling-off
A short break — typically from a day to a few weeks — during which you cannot deposit or play. The account reopens on its own at the end.
Self-exclusion
A long break that cannot be lifted early. It blocks deposits and play, and it removes you from promotional messages for its whole duration.
Signals worth taking seriously
None of these on its own means much. Several of them together usually do.
- Depositing again straight after a loss, to win it back.
- Playing with money set aside for something else, or with borrowed money.
- Being vague with people close to you about how much you play or how much you have spent.
- Sessions running much longer than intended, regularly.
- Playing to manage stress, boredom or low mood rather than for entertainment.
- Work, sleep or people getting pushed aside to make room for play.

Independent help
These organisations are independent of this site and of the operator. They are free, confidential, and used to talking to people who are not sure whether they have a problem yet.
Availability differs by country. If none of these covers where you live, a national helpline usually exists and your local health service can point you to it.
Keeping the site away from minors
Accounts are for adults only. If a device is shared, filtering software such as blocking tools installed at the operating-system level will keep gambling sites off it entirely, whoever is using it.
